POSTER DESIGNS

“Jazz in Ruins” Exhibition

Created for the 18th International Festival,  “Jazz in the Ruins” located in Gliwice, Poland. The theme of the 2022 Festival was “Make Jazz, Not War!”, in response to the war happening in the country of Ukraine. Through thoughtful experimentation, I carefully executed this particular design by drawing inspiration from James Victore, a renowned designer and illustrator based in New York. He is celebrated for his very unique and expressive style, which resonates with creativity and boldness, inspiring my own artistic process.

AIGA Vote Campaign

This nonpartisan poster and Instagram post was creatively designed as part of a vital AIGA campaign aimed at encouraging those who aren’t currently voting to take the important step to vote! In my composition, I primarily concentrated on prominently featuring the ballot box in the center of the design, and I deliberately included a filled-in ballot slipping securely into the box to illustrate the voting process. To enhance the overall visual impact, I chose to use the classic typefaces of Rockwell and Arial Black, which together convey a strong sense of urgency and accessibility.
